I’ve used Life Simplified multiple times over the past five years, from a full household move to smaller packing-only projects. In every instance, they were responsive, accommodating, and excellent at communicating expectations and timelines. Their execution was flawless, but most importantly, they earned my trust and, during a particularly stressful time, gained my mother’s confidence as well. I was very pleased with the professionalism Karen and her staff showed in packing up my old condo to move around the area to the new condo. They are all down to earth people who truly care about each client’s needs and respect the property as well. There is no way we could have moved without Karen and her team. They carefully packed everything in our house, coordinated donations and junk removal and oversaw the move to storage. Most days, I was at work while they were packing and they would send me pictures or call with questions. They were great at communicating with us and gave us a cost estimate upfront. The capable, caring and AMAZING team at Life Simplified - led by the master of organization, Karen Wright - changed the whole mood of our overwhelming move.  We downsized considerably, and Karen and her team took time with us to truly understand our family’s needs and values and then fell in lockstep with us as they planned and executed multiple donation pick-ups, a move-to-store (props to Motivated Movers!) and a final 1.5 day move. Karen helped me for a couple of days, YEARS ago at this point. Yet I am still SO grateful! Her gentle yet effective (and nonjudgmental) assistance in helping me figure out what would work for ME is still paying dividends. We moved into a new home a few months back. I was able to purge as we packed, purge as I unpack, truly DECIDE what I want in my home, create homes for EVERY thing…PREVENT paper clutter on my new counters (in an open floorplan, so REALLY critical here!). I can’t imagine getting through our move without Karen and her amazing staff. Everything was well organized and the meticulous packing was amazing. All of the women are kind and caring and very hard workers. They have a great system that works very well. Ours was a particularly complex move with several unexpected events. They adjusted and handled it beautifully. Worth every penny spent!!
